A Question, and a Mistake (SPOILERS!)

Question: Okay, so, in the final mission, with the evolved Rosalia Virus, a doctor is on the phone, giving our hero-from-prison some pre-op coaching. Is that... Doctor Stiles?! Can anyone give any clues or proof to who that is? My hopes got REALLY high when the final ending scene was titled "The 7th Doctor" and I was all "YES, IT'S GOTTA BE DR. STILES!" But... oh! It was me! Heehee... thats nice. But who was that?!

Mistake: In Naomi's first mission "The Locked Room Mystery" did anyone notice the huge continuity error with the victim's broken finger? Naomi rules out suicide early on because his finger was broken, hence, he could not have wielded the knife to cut the wrist on his other arm. But... they also establish not a moment later that the wound never attempted to heal, meaning it was caused AFTER he died. So... which is it? Well, I know the answer now, but Naomi should have been open to suicide again.

CR-S01 consulted someone who knew about the GUILT strain that the Rosalia mutated with. Naomi saw two doctors regarding the GUILT; if CR-S01 didn't consult Cunningham, then he consulted...?

I think it was pretty obvious that this was Dr. Stiles himself. Him and Naomi go way back after all, and if the terminal disease Naomi contracted really is an incurable form of GUILT (as heavily implied) then Derek is really the best guy to call for the situation.
