Below is a list of programs designed to help Persona players get the most out of their experience. Each program has their own approach as to how to best go about doing this. Depending on the program used, you will find detailed information about each Persona, a number of tools to show you how to fuse new Persona and a number of other helpful tools. Check them all out, as one may be better suited to your needs or preferences!
As of the time of this post, several of the listed programs are still in active development. Check their respective home pages for more details. Expect updated releases covering other games (such as Persona 3 Portable) that use the same fusion mechanics.

Note: This thread was done mainly as an up-to-date post that I can link to from my GameFAQs thread (GameFAQs doesn't let you update your posts), which I'm hoping to get it stickied, in case your wondering. Still, feel free to post to your heart's liking, and if you have any suggestions on how I can improve it, please do tell. Also, it would be nice if someone would be so kind so as to get it stickied.
