I'm super pumped. I'll probably eventually get the actual soundtrack, but it'll be nice to get some free music!

I actually have a question about this (if it's even been finalized yet): Will this be one of the usual pack in soundtracks in the little boxes, or just a seperate soundtrack in a sleeve that you can ONLY get if preordered?
I assume the box idea will continue, but just curious (I like the boxes too!)

I assume it will be the same cardboard box used with Strange Journey, Ys, Dark Spire, etc.
Those are a bitch and a half to open.

Yes, it's going to be the LE box. Apologies for how difficult to open they are.

Will Amazon's copies have the CD? That's probably a bad question, haha...

I'd recomend using a razor or sharp knife to cut the tape. Trying to peel the tape away from the box takes longer and risks tearing at it. If your hard up, you can always get one of the oval stickers from GS that they use to mark opened new copies as new. Same size and covers up the cut one perfectly.

Nope! This time we're gonna encrypt the music tracks in notepad files, force you to navigates a maze of web pages that will offer you various products in order to download the key, and then you'll discover that when placed on a spectograph, the music forms insidious messages and ascii lolcats.

You weren't kidding.
Tried to run this on windows media player. The seek bar was moving but no sound. Can't run it on winamp at all(my default player).
Took a look into the files on the cd. Each file is registering as 44bytes.
Don't even know why the date is so long ago. Did they even have CDs back then?

Since I seem to be a unique case of CD failure, is there anything Atlus can do about it?
Or do I suck it up and just download the mp3's off the interwebz.

I'm so much more inclined to buy games when they come with extras like a soundtrack, maps, etc. Newer games in general tend to be lacking that kind of stuff that used to, and still do, make them cool.

Yea, I miss those times when the used to do it more... most epic one I can think of at the moment was the killer cuts soundtrack from killer instinct... bonuses are so great

How many tracks were on the bonus CD? Seems like the original soundtrack has 25.
edit: I guess it doesn't matter. It doesn't make sense to settle for less than the full original soundtrack, so I ordered it. Now to jump forward in time 2 weeks...
