Just letting you know, I don't think there is an "official" DDS manga [similar to the P3 manga that follows the game's story anyways].
That first book is a comic anthology; basically, a bunch of fanartists/writers come together, each write/draw their own short story/chapter, and it gets compiled together and published. In a way, it could be considered a doujinshi anthology too ^^;
I happen to have a DDS anthology book, but it's got 4koma [one-liner/4 panel] comics instead. See here:




That second one looks like an original fan manga story sort of thing [sort of like how SMT:Khan was an somewhat based off of SMT:If... Only hopefully this one doesn't suck as much ;>>] I don't own it, but you can find it HERE for pretty cheap. It's called "DIGITAL DEVIL SAGA - Avatar Tuner - Shinen no Mato"

Dude, that would be a pretty interesting manga to read... If it was in English... I still haven't finished the P3 manga... If only One Manga wasn't down on the comics...

Digital Devil Saga seems like it'd be the best Shin Megami Tensei series to put in manga form, anyway, since the storyline is much more linear and all.
