Threatlist/tier list speculation thread.

Seeing how KOFXIII is already out in arcades, I'm wondering which characters players need to watch out for.

So far, I'm speculating Mai Shiranui is gonna be low/bottom tier, since I've been reading from various sources on the net she has no anti-air and not a combo character. :s

Tiers don't really matter. It's really up to player skill. All fighters have the moves necessary to win.

Tiers only depends on whoever is using it. any character can be a top Tier

However, anyone could possibly block well enough for about 20 seconds and pretty much win, if you know Raiden's Drop Kick from what I've heard. Nothing else, though.

Raiden and K' are far better than any of the other characters, though. I've explained why in another post.
