TAC were playing on debug consoles, that is the reason for the slowdown

Rising Stars Games were using Debug 360 consoles, which have less RAM and no HDD. So there is no way to install the game.

The game has no slowdowns and almost no loadings when it's installed, that was shown in PAX, ATLUS had the PS3 version installed and the game was running perfectly, I bet the 360 version will do the same ones installed. Search for some of that PAX footage.
