well its better than a no, thanks for answer the question.
I do think it is a needed feature but I have pre ordered it both here (in japan) and the US version too...so dont forget about the fan love I am showing when you guys add content (just dont sell EVERYTHING as DLC and I will support you)
that being said I have one more question
The background story that is on the website that talks about the teams, will that be in the games story mode or do I have to read them all from the website?
Thanks

Those are only on the website, to provide background for each of the teams from before the actual tournament begins, which is what the Story mode focuses on.

Well thanks again for answering questions but now on this one I read all the things on the website but then I rewatched the Japanese ad for the game and noticed that the story on the site is actually in game

I think you might've misunderstood my response. The game does feature a Story mode, one that focuses mainly on the events of the tournament. The specific team back stories that you see aren't told in the game; however, there are references to them.

Ok i did misunderstand, I went and read the ones that were currently on the website and saw the Japanese CM video and noticed that the things I read were in the video. So I was wondering "why did he tell me that but this video has something else"
Anyway thanks for clearing that up.
Will any DLC or billy. saki have their own story?

Third paragraph down starts to talk about the online net code. Can someone from Atlus verify if this is true? "13 will use an updated KoF12 netcode."
I want to know if I can just cancel my pre-order now. I have 0.00% faith in any netcode who's base was started from KoF12's net code. You can try to polish a turd as much as you want, but at the end of the day it's still going to stink, and KoF12's net code's musk can be whiffed from miles away.
What was used in KoF95's on PSN? I heard good things about that. Why not take that and improve upon that? Or better yet, stop living in a damn bubble Japanese developers and look up around you to what the competition is doing and, I don't know, ASK WTF THEY DID TO GET THEIR NET CODE RIGHT?! Would it hurt SNK's pride to talk to Arksystems for like 10 minutes on the phone about Blazblue's net code and try to make something similar?

This is an old new. They aclared after in another interview will not use KOF XII netcode.
M2 are the NeoGeo Station developers, SNKP is only the publisher, maybe this is the main reason couldn't use its netcode.

XII's netcode isn't that bad, so long as you have high-speed internet (which anybody gaming online SHOULD have). It actually runs really smoothly, better than 3SOE by far.

Best Regards.

^Updated versions of some KOF XII stages are already in the game. Were you asking if the original ones might be included or if any others ones would be added? However, I can't really answer questions like that, since if the answer was "no," they might not want people to know yet, and if it were "yes," they might have plans to make announcements for it.

lol, forums is awesome. In this day and age of technolgy there are so many leaks and whatnot, that it is very difficult to keep anything a secret. Well played lol, forums...well played. I'm hyped as ever for this game. Love the website updates and whatnot. ^_^ Can't wait to see The AoF team uploaded. :]

I have some basic questions. My english is not too good. There are traditional short names as ''STD'' ''DF'' Q''QCB''...etc
What does it mean:
std+C
df+C
qcb+a (maybe quarter circle forward +a ?)
hfc+a
b+c cancel
Thats all. Thanks for help!
