is there anyway to play the fan translations on a console ? i have tried to play them on my computer but it just does not feel right im am ocd so it bothers me more than it would normally bother someone else i just can not do it it drives me batsh#t insane btw i own both smt 1 and 2 so i believe i am fine legally i have never played with other roms cause of this reason

so if some one would be a saint and help me out i would really appreciate it and jack frost will approve of you

oh and ps i am not great with tech so if there is a way i may need a fairly simplistic walkthrough the steps please

i heard something about flashcarts or something from someone who does this stuff can i play the translation on those

So, let me get this straight. You're talking about translations which Atlus USA cannot legally endorse...on their official message board, and you're asking on how to get them running on chipped consoles to boot?

except it is legal to use roms as long as you own a copy of the game or games in question
am i incorrect ? and about the consoles in my post i said i knew little to nothing about tech
so it is not farfetched to assume i do not know much about the laws around use of roms on consoles

and if i am incorrect and it is illegal then i will not do either as i said in my post if i did download this roms i can not play them on my computer because of my ocd and the quirks that come with it

and to address the translations you can not go through 2 pages of this forum with out finding someone talking about downloading them.
so in short i am not stupid maybe a tad bit ignorant about this subject

and if it is illegal do not bother answering my question at all and if by some sort of divine miracle we get an official release i will be the first person buying both games on amazon
