Default Japanese Cover is Better

Hey Atlus,

I love the cover for many of the Atlus games but today I saw the cover for the Japanese version of Trauma Team (Hospital 6). And I would like that cover much more PLEASE!!!

http://hosp.atlusnet.jp/main/

I mean I would even take it as a preorder bonus too or a reversible cover.

Hmm? I don't see the cover on that website.

Whatever the cover is, it would be nice for it to be reversible a la Fragile Dreams.

In this case I actually prefer the US cover, the jappanese one has too many images.

Siliconera has a US vs Japan Trauma Team article and I vote that Atlus should do a reversible cover for this game in the US to include both the US and Japan box art. pretty please.

...I do like both, actually. But yeah, JP one's pretty cool. I'd preorder for reversible.

The JP one is obviously more personality oriented, while the US one is a lot mores serious and fitting. I like the US one better, really.

While the Japanese cover is pretty nice, I like the simplicity of the US cover.

The Japanese cover would probably limit potential new buyers--there's too much going on and it's very Japanese.

It's very cool, though; I just like the simplicity of the U.S. more.

While I like the fact that the Japanese cover has a lot of color and is livelier, the one thing that instantly stands out is the amount of cleavage Maria is sporting. I understand that sex sells, but it's a little too obvious that Tomoe and Maria are fanservicing up the Japanese cover a LOT.

The US version has a more minimal design to it that I think fits with the "medical drama" theme, but I have to admit the rainbow of colors on the Japanese version is very spirited.

Personally I think the reversible cover idea is the best of both worlds. That way you can a serious US-style cover with the paneled portraits for store display while giving the purist (or perhaps puerile) fans the bright, *ahem* eye-catching cover they desire.
