Please, guys...I don't know the backstory here[I sense this is a long going feud], but could we please keep it off the boards. we're getting KoFXIII localize...we're getting it in 3 months, let's be grateful for that. Not get in each other's [virtual] faces. We're all KoF fans here. And that should be all that matters.

1) No, don't report them here, unless you're not a member of SRK. Use the above link on SRK, because that's the place where White Rob (the same White Rob who works here) will be paying attention to bugs. There's really no need to double-post.

2) Regarding "It's a beta": This is not a whining thread. We had KoF13 on display at both Otakon and EVO last weekend. Thousands of people played it--thousands of the most frame-analytical, combo-mastering players who already have the game practically memorized from the arcade version. There's a reason we're asking those players at the place where they congregate to talk about such things, because they saw it and they recognize a bug from a balance change. Getting so many fresh eyes on a beta for practically nothing is a huge deal for us, and we want to make the most of the opportunity, which is why we're asking for their opinions.

Everyone needs to calm down here from all sides (except for the last post, obviously). Petty feuds just make you all look pitiful.

I do respect your most recent, reasonable response, Remzi, but your initial inciting one kinda negates it. No one's "whining" about bugs; just pointing out where to report them, something which was done at our request, mind you. And the retard comment was obviously uncalled for.

SRK has a huge community dedicated to fighting games, one which we don't expect to all suddenly flock here just because we're the pub of the current KoF iteration. We'll get a lot more worthwhile feedback with a thread there than one here.

EDIT: Note to self, make sure to check a thread for updates when beginning to write a response only to then leave for an hour before finishing it.

Why did Atlus think it was a smart idea to ask for bug reports on SRK? Which is largely a site for Capcom fighters. Hell, I see idiots trash talk KOF there all the time simply because it isn't a Street Fighter game.
What they should have done was set up a thread at DreamCancel.
Talk about out of touch with your fanbase..

But I digress.. Carry on.

hell, i think they'd have a better chance getting a response out of OROCHINAGI, and it seems pretty inactive there

Just 'cause there's some people there with some spite for the game, doesn't mean there's no one with any constructive criticism for it.

As for why there, it's because there were a handful of pro players that tried the game out at Evo and offered a lot of good feedback and specifically mentioned being SRK members.

As for why not DreamCancel, because the reason Rob cited.

Now, feel free to continue slamming us with remarks like "Talk about out of touch with your fanbase" without having any idea what the reasoning behind our actions is or the patience to wait for further ones.
