Is there a list out there that uses different pingying (I'm assuming this uses official romanization)?

if you talk to her at random points in the game she will give you little cantonese "mini-lessons" where she just tells you what one of the words means
so far ive only found a couple of them in the actual game, but here's a complete list from this website

Ching yan- Lover
Wai - hey, hey
Hoh lin -poor thing
Sorry-ah -sorry
Shuai luo - im disappointed
Hoh ai di - cute!
Hoh san luo! - im happy
Hoh sang-ah -its sad

Yeah, I saw that site, but the problem is that the "english" doesn't sound correct so I have a hard time figuring out what some of the words are
Like, "Kau ming-ah!- help! " should really be "gao meng ah" and "Fan ah! -no way!" isn't even the right meaning, if it's the word I'm thinking it was supposed to be.

...I'm probably the only one bothered by it though...

Well, there is an alternate interpretation:

There are a ton of anime fanboys/girls who claim to know Japanese and will liberally use phrases without any real knowledge of their meaning or context. They might pick it up from the grapevine or from subtitles (which usually are more concerned, rightfully so, with context than literal meaning).

Since Lisa's a big fan of Hong Kong action movies, she could be doing the same thing.

Looks like GR, not Pinyin.
