Source : MMCafe and Arcadia Mag ( lets not forget the OFFICAL site does not says ANYTHING regarding exclusivities )

According to Professor the top bit says EACH console got exclusive character :S the other bit says that Billy Kane will be avaliable for PS3 with his original costume with some ex movements or something like that.

Lets wait for Professor to confirm the texts properly.

now if you ask a personal opinion, this could be the reason of the delay. EXCLU$IVITY.......

My personal assumption is that the build that Arcadia was using was the same as the demo at Tokyo. (Billy default on PS3 and Saiki needs unlocking, Saiki default on 360 and Billy needs unlocking). SNKP'ｓ official 13CS site says nothing about them being exclusive to a console

Personally, I hope it isn't true.. I play with enough projectile characters as it is... Billy brings in that nice mix-up change.

Guess we'll know more by this week.

Both characters were playable on the EVO build on PS3, not sure why they would change that.

I think it's true
when he had the event in tokyo cyberfanatix has posted a small report that said

The PlayStation3 version had locked Saiki, while the XBOX 360 version had locked Billy Kane.

I think people are jumping to conclusions too fast without 100% confirmation from publisher/developer.

It really sounds like they are still both available on both consoles, just that their locked state is reversed. You can still unlock the other one no matter which console version you use.

I though so :/ . to be honest im not that bothered cos none of them are in my team but i wouldnt like to be missing ONe cos of consoles rivality. leave the exclusivity for troll games like sc or umvc or mk

yeh exactly but dont sound too comfortable with those words because they may split up characters like Rock howard and yamazaki too er somethin...if this is all true....its a bad sign all together

I think billy is cool but this can be an example of the BS thats to come. personally im just happy the game is way better than Kof 12 but on the flipside if there are split ups of cool extra content for each system ill be very dissapointed with SNKP that they joined the damn ban wagon of exclusive console characters nonsense like some other companies...

A friend joked about this same sh*t happening months ago like "what if" and now look..smdh

Both characters are in the game on both consoles, don't get your panties in a bunch. Its not uncommon for magazines to make #### ups.
