DKS: coop with pals

Drop your white stone, if your friend doesen´t see it in 30 seconds, replant and repeat the process until your friend gets your sign.

We tested this today with 3 friends and it worked very well, we cooped new londo ruins and demon´s ruins in ng+.

What do you me by "replant". As in restart?

He means relay your WSS.(white soul sign)

Wondering how many times would you say it took to show up?

i started doing this very early in the game prolly the first or about the first to use it actually as it was within the first few hours of buying the game and btw .. this doesnt always seem to work .... unless its supposed to take 2 and a half hours for one summon ... it hasnt worked well for me for the past two days

Doesn't sound too reliable if people can't get it to work consistently in a short time frame (or work at all).

Coop is fun, but having to wait an hour to coop isn't my idea of fun.

Well first of all with the p2p servers and summoning the guys ping has to match with yours in the first place other wise it just won't show so if you have some friends from the US version of Demon's souls but are in the EU then you'll probably never summon them in DKS.

Also each time you load a game your randomly assigned to a server, if you and your friend are in different servers then you'll just not see them even after meeting all requirements. So I don't think redropping your sign will doing anything. What you'd have to do is one of you reloads the game instead, which still has a high chance of it never, working, summoning failed - the usual shi-...

Well, I am excited what that patch will bring do tbh. I highly doubt that it will enable co-op with your friends though. Sounds like they are at least working on balancing that bs that is supposed to be PvP which is just a joke as it is right now.
