ATLUS warrants the original purchaser of an ATLUS product that the medium on which the software program is recorded is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Atlus, at its sole option, will refund, repair, or replace at no charge any defective ATLUS products within ninety (90) days of purchase with proof of purchase date, so long as the defect is not caused by misuse and neglect of the purchaser.
EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
