One of the five Witches that exist in this world, Popo lives in the harbor city of Port Noir with her friend, a migratory pig named Bubu. She is always full of energy and often brightens everybody’s mood. Though a lively girl, she can be very naïve at times.
Due to the fact that she is a Witch, the inhabitants of the city have ostracized her. “You are a Witch, and hated by all the citizens. You must never return to the city.” “You are able to contribute to the city’s prosperity if you perform your duties and protect the city on your own.” She believes these words from Mayor Bonanza and diligently continues to work for the city.
Popo admires the outside world and dreams of one day traveling around it.
